Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing VB-CARD.IO, your digital business card and vCard builder platform. Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before subscribing to any of our plans. 

By using VB-CARD.IO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below. 

  

1. Subscription Plans 

VB-CARD.IO offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans may include monthly or annual billing options, based on the features selected. 

  

2. Refund Policy 

We strive to provide the best user experience and service. However, due to the nature of digital products, we offer limited refunds under specific conditions: 

a. 7-Day Refund Window 

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchaseonly if

  • You have experienced a technical issue that we are unable to resolve 
  • The service did not function as described, and support was unable to help 
  • You have not used significant features of the service (e.g., published multiple cards, downloaded QR codes, or received inquiries) 

b. Refunds Are Not Applicable If: 

  • You simply change your mind after the purchase 
  • You forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date 
  • You violated our Terms of Service 
  • You have used a significant portion of the platform's services or templates 
  • You are requesting a refund after 7 days of the original purchase date 

c. How to Request a Refund 

To request a refund, please contact our support team at billing@vb-card.io with your: 

  • Registered email address 
  • Payment transaction ID 
  • Reason for the refund request 

All refund requests are reviewed manually. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank. 

  

3. Cancellation Policy 

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your VB-CARD.IO account dashboard under the "Billing" or "Subscription" section. 

a. Immediate Cancellation 

  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle (monthly or yearly). 
  • No partial refunds are provided for the unused portion of the subscription term. 

b. Account Deletion 

If you wish to delete your account entirely, you must request this by emailing support@vb-card.io. Deletion is permanent and all associated data, vcards, and QR codes will be erased. 

  

4. Auto-Renewals 

All paid plans are set to auto-renew by default unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be charged automatically at the beginning of each new billing cycle. 

We recommend managing your subscription settings at least 24 hours before the renewal time to avoid unwanted charges. 

  

5. Disputes and Chargebacks 

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback through your bank. Filing false disputes without contacting our support may lead to account suspension.
